Privacy policy

This policy covers ronshowbensy.com, including the growth diagnostic on the home page and the fit-call booking on /start.

Ronshow Bensy is the data fiduciary for the information described here.

When you book a fit call: the booking is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email address and anything you answer on its booking form. Those details are held by Calendly and shared with me for the call. This site does not collect or store them itself.

From the growth diagnostic: your name, email address, phone number and your answers to the five questions.

Automatically: the campaign parameters in the link you arrived on (UTM tags and, if you came from Meta, an fbclid), and the time you landed. These are kept in your browser and passed to Calendly with a booking so I can tell which advert it came from.

The /start pages carry the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta that a page was viewed and that a booking was made. It does not send them your name, email or phone number.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare for a call with you, and decide whether what you need is something worth taking on.

To understand which adverts bring useful enquiries, so money is not spent on ones that do not.

Your details are not sold, rented, or used to advertise to you on behalf of anyone else.

Booking a call is itself the request to be contacted about it. Calendly shows its own terms at the point of booking.

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing the address below. Withdrawing it does not undo contact that has already happened.

This site is hosted by Vercel. Bookings are handled by Calendly. The growth diagnostic on the home page is delivered by Formspree. Meta receives page-view and booking events from the Pixel on /start.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to follow up, and then removed. The exact period is being confirmed and will be stated here.

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and nominate someone to exercise these rights if you cannot.

Email the address below and say what you want done. You will get a reply.

For anything in this policy, including deletion requests, email hello@ronshowbensy.com.
